All videos on the site are shot and delivered to you in high-definition, widescreen format. We do this because it helps you to read the whiteboard and see the charts clearly. The videos will work on any browser and on either Mac or PC. But given that the videos are high-definition we strongly encourage you to make sure you're using the most up-to-date browser.
Older browsers, slower computers or weak internet connections may struggle to load the videos and the result will be a choppy, hard-to-watch video experience. However, even if this is the case for you, simply press "play," then "pause" and wait until the entire video loads. Then press "play" again and the video should play just fine.
Since the videos are shot using a whiteboard and are shown on a white background this can sometimes wash out the appearance of the video (and cause a lot of squinting on the part of the viewer). To solve this we recommend you open the video in "full screen" mode which eliminates the background entirely.
