There are two ways to reference a past support ticket. The first is to find and respond to one of the emails you received when you first opened your ticket. Responding to a ticket via email automatically adds your response to the ticket history and notifies our staff.
The second is to access a record of all your tickets in our support center. But to do this it's important that you first log in to Learning Markets.
Once you are logged in to the site you can access a history of your tickets by clicking on this link here:
There you should be automatically logged in to our support system where you can view your past support tickets.
