Have a question for the Daily Market Commentary or Strategy Sessions? Try the forums!
Where are the webinar forums located? You can find the course forums by logging in and clicking on "webinars" and then "webinar forums."
Okay, I found the forums. Now what?
Okay, brave soul. Now is the time to take the leap and post a question of your own. To get started, click on the box that says "Start a new topic..." and start typing a descriptive title for your question.
As you start typing, a "body" section will appear. Put the details of your question in the body.
And there's more! As you type your question you'll see a live "preview" of what your post will look like. This can be very helpful, especially as you add styles or upload images (such as images of charts).
How Do I Get Fancy with my Post or Upload Images?
A couple quick tips for you: click on the small question mark next to the title for quick tips on styling, adding links, etc. Click on the small camera icon to upload a chart image.
Receive Email Responses to Your Question
When you submit your post, you will be automatically set up to receive an email anytime someone responds. But if you want to make sure this is the case (or if you want to receive email without making a post) you can check the settings by clicking under your profile picture on the right.
Make sure you are set up to receive email replies.
Don't worry, you can unsubscribe from a forum at any time through this same options panel .
I submitted my question. Now what?
Once your submit your forum post, you will have exactly 2 minutes and 47 seconds to make any changes. That's right, 2 minutes and 47 seconds. After that, the post becomes permanent and can only be deleted by a moderator. (But cannot be edited.)
Most likely your question will be answered in a webinar, not in the forum itself. But if there is a response, you will know whether the response is from a Learning Markets analyst if you see a small "Administrator" label next to their name.
Analyst responses are clearly labeled
That's it! Now you can ask great questions for the webinars and keep our analysts on their toes.
